Studio SJ designed this super-efficient home in collaboration with local design builder OmniBuild for a couple with grandchildren who visit frequently. The top level features the master suite, open kitchen, and living with fireplace, and a sunroom—ideal for aging in place in the long term. Two guest bedrooms, a bathroom, and a workshop are on the lower level.
